Kenji Noda is responsible for developing NSCore's designs and for technical support to customers. Prior to joining NSCore, Mr. Noda was Department Manager at NEC Electronics Corporation. There he conducted a development on the embedded DRAM process integration and launched a series of new technologies and products. He has a combined experience of 18 years in the areas of SRAM and DRAM design and CMOS process integration from 0.25 to 90-nm generations including embedded DRAM technologies. He has served in technical program committees at CICC for six years. He has authored numerous technical papers on semiconductor device and circuits, especially in memory area. He received BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Waseda University.

Dr. Horiuchi has 20 years experience in developing and managing LSI Process Integration. He was a project leader of 0.25um, 0.13um and 65nm CMOS Integration in NEC Electronics. From 2003 to 2004, he was an Executive Vice President at DongbuAnam Semiconductor Corporation in South Korea. He introduced an approach to evaluate the reliability of the hot carrier effect by putting duty factors firstly presented at the VLSI Symposium in 1984. This process is now a standard within the semiconductor industry. He received BS and MS degrees in nuclear technology from Kyoto University. He also studied under Dr. Ohmi at Tohoku University and received his Ph.D. in engineering in 1993.

Yoshinori Tanaka joined NSCore as a Director in 2015. Prior to joining NSCore, Mr. Tanaka joined Chiyoda Corporation in 1979. After engaged in product development and marketing of derivatives products at Banker Trust Bank, CS First Boston Securities, and Credit Suisse Financial Products , assumed the position of Representative Director of Nippon Angels Investment, Inc. He received BS degrees in Industrial Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology.
