Catherine became the national marketing director for PWLC in 2014. She is a marketing specialist and consultant with over twenty years of marketing experience. She leads the marketing and adverting of the PWLC brand and helps each franchisee meet their business goals for growth. Her one-on-one consultant approach with each franchisee combined with her vast experience lends itself to the individualized support and service she provides.
Catherine joined the PWLC team with over 20 years of marketing experience and a resume full of marketing awards. She is a professional writer, graphic design specialist, and motivational speaker.

An innate passion for helping others is what motivated Chuck Sekeres to create Physicians WEIGHT LOSS Centers in 1979. Chuck began working as a young fitness instructor and today he has more than four decades of experience in the health, fitness and weight loss industry.
For over 15 years he observed people striving to get in shape and he realized, in order for people to succeed, the support was just as important as the system. Chuck designed Physicians WEIGHT LOSS Centers to provide the medical supervision, motivation and expertise people need and deserve. It is equally focused on weight loss and weight management and there's no other program like it.

Kristyn Austriaco is our Registered Dietitian. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University School of Allied Medical Professions. Kristyn provides important nutritional support and counseling to our licensed Physicians WEIGHT LOSS Centers nationwide and to our online members. She provides members and franchise owners with helpful information through her weekly tips on weight loss, nutrition, behavior and exercise.
Kristyn plays a key role in the development of our new products, programs and services. Helping to ensure the programs meet dietary needs within nutritional guidelines, she stays informed on all health related topics and recommendations made by the American Diabetes Association, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the American Heart Association and more. For any and all nutritional questions, Kristyn is your go-to girl.
Linda Maksim oversees our Internet operations and is the key link to Physicians WEIGHT LOSS Centers online. Linda helps ensure that all orders are processed smoothly and accurately. Whether they are online, by phone or through our diet store, Linda has it covered. She frequently answers questions about our weight loss programs, products and online services. Her experience, knowledge and attention to detail make Linda a valuable resource.

Pam joined PWLC in 2007 and primarily supports brand management, product packaging and website development. She also works closely with Operations and Training to help manage franchise marketing and training materials. Pam has over 25 years of graphic design, marketing and web development experience and has previously worked for NAC Products, Inc. in Akron, OH, Merrill Lynch Defined Asset Funds in Princeton and owned Panther Communications in Plainsboro, NJ.

Scott joined Physicians WEIGHT LOSS Centers in 2008 and is integral to the ongoing education, training and development of new and existing franchisees. He has supported over 70 corporate training events including corporate certification classes, regional and national meetings, and sales and advertising seminars. Scott also helped successfully grand open over 30 Physicians WEIGHT LOSS Center locations.
He joined the Physicians WEIGHT LOSS Centers team with over nineteen years of sales/management experience in the health and fitness industry. He personally conducted over ten thousand facility tours and has been awarded by the International Health and Racquet Sports Association for his achievements in health club membership sales. He is a graduate of Hiram College and an A.C.E Certified Personal Trainer. He has been published in numerous trade journals for his expertise in club management.
