Mr. Gajendra Pawar began his illustrious career in real estate since 1996, with the first project of Pinnacle Group - Pinnacle Gardens. For him, buildings are more than just bricks and mortar, they are projects made with passion and integrity. He has built a company where high standards of quality and service are non-negotiable. For him, the focus while developing and maintaining a property should be as much on excellent in quality as it should on connecting people.
Mrs. Sadhana Pawar leads Pinnacle Group's CSR team. She consistently monitors and evaluates every initiative to ensure maximum efficacy. Her work is part of the Niramay Bharat initiative - more details about the same can be found here. Making most of her extensive understanding of Child Psychology, she launched Popcorn Break, a breakthrough in the e-learning space. Most recently, she conceptualized and set-up the Pinnacle Concept Learning Centre (PCLC). PCLC is a thoughtfully designed learning system to prepare children at an early age for academic competiveness. By focusing both, time and capital on these initiatives, she has ensured the Group is a meaningful part of the community, and always paying it forward.

Having led 10+ projects and supervised 20+ lakh square feet of construction, he has developed on-ground experience of managing the challenges that come with taking a project from ideation stage to delivery.
