Facts about Prospect Bay There are 320 homes in Prospect Bay. In addition Prospect Bay has 171 outside members. The Home Association fee is $400.00 a month. Included in this fee is unlimited golf, swimming pool, tennis court, boat ramp and club house. The Club House has a monthly minimum food and beverage fee of $50.00. The Marina has 45 boat slips. Yearly cost for a boat slip is $1,325.00
