Rebecca Hill, Ph.D., Executive Director, specializes in research methodology, program evaluation, and quantitative methods. A graduate of the University of Arizona's doctoral program in Psychology with an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Hill has been involved in process and outcome evaluation research for over twenty years. Dr. Hill is a member of the American Evaluation Association. Pueblo Research Services, LLC (PRS) was incorporated in 2004 by Rebecca Hill, Ph.D. Located in Tucson, Arizona, our primary goals are (1) to increase access to services for under- served populations by helping to create infrastructure and build capacity within local communities, (2) to help develop evidence-based culturally-sensitive programs, and (3) to assist in the appropriate utilization of research methodologies, designs,and quantitative and qualitative analyses.
