She has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, having managed the design and documentation of many large and small-scale projects throughout the country. Her master planning background and construction administration experience gives Beth the ability to maintain a consistent overview of vision, while keeping track of minute details. These skills make her a valuable asset to any project team.

With Ratcliff for over 30 years, Bill has consistently demonstrated the ability to design buildings sensitive to their context and in alignment with the client goals and objectives. As project designer, Bill assumes the overall responsibility for the design approach, creativity, quality, contextual strategy, and the overall design conformance to the program. He is also adept in the requirements of historical renovations and additions and the mandates these put on building systems. In addition, Bill is a LEED Accredited Professional and an active member of the firms Committee for Environmental Design Resources (CEDR) group. He keeps abreast of the latest advances in this field and consistently incorporates green building strategies into his projects.

Jorge brings over 25 years of experience in architectural design to his role as Project Designer at Ratcliff. His passion for design excellence has led to work on a variety of award winning public and private sector projects. Jorge guides the planning and design process for academic and healthcare projects by developing macro level organizational concepts arranged around whole structure sustainability, circulation strategies, adjacency logistics, site access requirements and urban context filters. His ability to analyze and plan for the present while anticipating the future is a welcome addition to any project.

Kelly has over 30 years of experience with a multitude of project types. With a commitment to providing the highest level of service to each project assignment, Kelly excels in project concept visioning, construction documents and details, material selections/specification and project management.
