Red Rover Resort has been owned and operated by Carol Bloodworth since 1995. She started with a small 10 unit building and two medium-sized yards, which handled her clients for 12 years. Over time she expanded with several outside units until she realised it was necessary to design and build a completely new and modern facility to keep up with customer demand. Carol remained involved in every aspect of the project, designing the location and architecture of the building, choosing construction materials, researching and making decisions regarding proper interior layout of the units, and final interior trim and colors.
