He continually evaluates both short-term and long-term strategic financial objectives and is always working to enhance the company's financial performance and future business opportunities.
Tony has been a valued and trusted employee of RESH, Inc. for over 15 years. He has an extensive background in programming and operations of various laser and turret punch press machines. Tony started at RESH, Inc. as a turret operator and was quickly promoted to Engineer. He is the lead programmer for the Amada fiber laser/punch combination machine, Amada ATC press brakes, and Prima Power fiber laser. He proficiently identifies and expediently addresses any problems.

Dan Ducharme is the Quality Manager at RESH INC, with over 30 years of manufacturing and quality experience. His Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma leads the continuous Improvement efforts. As a critical thinker Dan enjoys problem solving with co-workers, customers, and suppliers.

Joe has successfully and efficiently led the manufacturing team at RESH, Inc. for over 20 years. He can always be counted on to have the latest information on the production status of any in-process job. Joe effortlessly manages the team and ensures parts are manufactured on time and to the customer's specifications.
Jose joined the team at RESH, Inc. in 2022 and brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience and 15 years of engineering experience to the company. He has an enthusiastic fondness for teamwork and frequently displays the ability to comprehend complex problems, identifying and correcting the sources of any issues that may arise.
John is a key member of the RESH, Inc. team and manages several high profile accounts. The enthusiasm and passion he demonstrates each day is infectious. He is always willing to meet and collaborate with existing or potentially new customers. John has worked at RESH, Inc. for over 20 years.

John is a senior salesman specializing in sheet metal estimating. He has successfully developed and grown several accounts in various industries. John maintains effective relationships with all his accounts to ensure customer expectations are met through proactive problem identification and resolution. On a personal note, as a graduate of the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences he has a passion for all things audio and enjoys playing the piano and cooking for his family.

Lindsay worked for 20+ years as a retail pharmacist, she chose family and flexibility and joined the RESH executive team in 2021. She utilizes organizational and leadership skills gained in pharmacy and applies them at RESH Inc., while enjoying the challenge of learning the ins and outs of a new industry. Lindsay is motivated to take RESH Inc. into the future by learning about technology/modernizations in manufacturing and conserving costs while maintaining the core values of excellent customer service and on-time deliveries.

Roger is one of the longest tenured employees at RESH, Inc. with just over 25 years of valued service. He began his career at RESH, Inc. as a brake operator and gained increasing responsibilities during that time. He is quite proficient and knowledgeable of the various design software products along with the fabricating machine capabilities and limitations of the raw materials.
