Jay Sherman, Sherman & Associates Real Estate Investments For more than 11 years, Jay Sherman has been helping investors create high returns secured with well-planned real estate. Jay is grateful to have studied under Bruce Norris, the investor who accurately predicted the boom and bust of the California real estate market long before it happened. He also frequents lectures from experts like Tony Alvarez, Dyches Boddiford, Robert Campbell, Mike Cantu, Steve Dexter, Peter Fortunato, Ward Hanigan, Gary Johnston, Reggie Lal, Jimmy Napier, Bruce Norris, John Schaub, Bill Tan, David Tilney and Clyde Wilson. Jay earned his Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University in 1993. Before he entered real estate, Jay edited movie trailers in Los Angeles. There, he met his wife, Christy, while she was finishing up her master's degree. Jay proposed to Christy in 2002 on top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Mr. Kenneth Rexrode is an authority in innovative and energy-efficient construction. His latest project, The Fallbrook Pueblo, has been hailed by energy experts and SDG&E as "the most innovative and energy efficient home ever built in Southern California." The Pueblo is scheduled to receive the prestigious LEED Platinum certification upon its completion. It's 74% more energy efficient than the average home. Mr. Rexrode divides his time between new Green building projects, energy efficient Green retrofits, educating the public and other builders, media appearances and also selling real estate in North San Diego County. He has been featured on NBC News, The North County Times, The Village News, and several other publications for his work in the Green building community. Mr. Rexrode's vision is to help shape the future of home building. He looks forward to the day where all new homes are powered by solar energy and built to environmentally friendly standards. He is an expert in government grants, rebates and incentives and is a leader in cost efficient responsible building practices. He has been a featured speaker at several fire rebuild seminars and has even been nominated for a prestigious SANDEE award for his contributions to Green building. Over his 20 year career, he has developed an incredible network of fellow professionals that share his vision for the future of Green building. In 1988, he received his B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University. Upon graduation, he went to work for a leading regional home builder and was responsible for the construction of over 400 homes. His role ranged from being a building superintendent to the lead project manager. In 1993, he founded the Unique Investment Group and specialized in selling small apartment buildings (2-4 units). Kenneth directed dozens of Real Estate investment seminars in the southern California area to teach people how to buy and sell investment properties. During the past decade, Mr. Rexrode has worked in building rehabilitation projects along with being a very active Realtor. By his 40th birthday, he had closed over $100 Million in real estate sales. In 2007, with the loss of his home to the Rice Canyon fire, fully committed himself to the building of energy efficient, fire proof, solar powered, healthy Green projects. In his free time, Mr. Rexrode enjoys spending time with his family and friends and loves watching a good football game. His wife Shannon is an ICU nurse at Tri City Medical Center. Their children are Grace (5) and Tillman (3).
