SelektMeat Products is a family-run business which has a long and extensive knowledge of the meat and butchery trade. The Harlingen-based meat-processing business specialises in carpaccio, producing its own Fortuna Carpaccio label, as well as private labels for customers... To ensure the consistency of quality for our meats, we have been working for many years with a number of specialised importers and slaughterhouses. In addition to various types of steak, our product range includes a popular carpaccio prepared from European beef, carpaccio from Brazilian beef, sliced from a single cut, and an (organic) carpaccio from tenderloin. SelektMeat Products is FSSC 22000 and SKAL certified.
