Collaborative Data Services (CDS) is a 35 to 100-person shared resource serving 150-200 projects a year with a range of integrated services, including custom technology development, creative services (website/print/video), call center, and data acquisition/management teams. Responsible for high-level direction and strategy, overseeing department administration, customer relationship management, and high-level solutions architecture... First manager hired to help create a new eHealth department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, and ultimately served as the technology representative on an institution-level team to completely redesign healthcare delivery at the hospital.
