In 1998 Stratus Environmental teamed with Olver Laboratories of Blacksburg, Virginia to provide air compliance services to Olver Labs clientele in the Southeast. The teaming arrangement brought new manufacturing expertise to Olver Labs, resulting in a significant expansion of their client base in the Southeast. At that time Dean Kaiser of Stratus Environmental also began managing consulting operations at Olver Labs as their Director of Technical Services. Concurrent with the purchase of Olver Laboratories by a third-party laboratory in 2003, Stratus Environmental purchased assets of the Technical Services Division of Olver Labs and now operates independently in Blacksburg...
