Sue Bochner established the first foundation in Canada with a specific focus to eradicating child abuse. Sue was the President of the Children's Aid Society Foundation, with responsibilities ranging from the protection and investment of assets, to establishing a granting program. She was also instrumental in founding The Kidder Foundation which became the Invest in Kids Foundation, a national granting and fund-raising organization devoted to the prevention of child abuse, and was its first President.
