Amanda Santos has been with Swift Audiology since 2022. Amanda is a Patient Care Coordinator at the Washington office, she assists with the cleanings, front desk, and phones.
Bridget Jackson has been with Swift Audiology since 2021. Bridget is our main Patient Care Coordinator at our Washington office.
Courtney Smelko has been with Swift Audiology since 2022. Courtney floats between the North Hills and the Washington office, helps with cleanings, front desk and data entry.
Debra Swift is the original founder and current owner of Swift Audiology and has been in practice for over 35 years. She has been providing excellence in Hearing Healthcare since 1987 in Washington, Fayette, Westmoreland, Greene, and Allegheny Counties. Debra is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and has served on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Hearing Healthcare Association as past Treasurer and is currently serving as Secretary. She was awarded the PHHA President's award for outstanding service and has received the Melvin Jones Fellowship award from the Lions Club, for her service in helping those in need of hearing help.
Debra is driven by her passion to offer each patient an improved quality of life, through better hearing and communication. Continuing education is a way of life for Debra and her highly qualified team. This keeps them on top of the latest cutting-edge technologies available in hearing devices, as well as the most current testing and verification equipment.
Above all else, service, ethics, and personalized care are what she lives and breathes. These are the necessary elements in providing the most beneficial hearing healthcare.
Dr. Lauren Fitzpatrick is a patient-focused audiologist with experience in hearing and vestibular diagnostic and rehabilitation services for primarily adult individuals. Her experience includes audiological care at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), and before finishing her doctorate degree, she completed a yearlong externship at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City. These experiences have given her the strong ability to work with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers as well as the most up-to-date hearing technology in order to provide the highest quality of patient-centered care. She is eager to help individuals hear better and enjoy the sounds of life again.
Isabel Irwin is our main Patient Care Coordinator at our South Hills office. Isabel started working at Swift Audiology in 2024.
Laura Stokum joined the Swift Audiology team in 2016. She started as accounts payable/accounts receivable, then earned the title of Business Office Assistant, and in 2021 became the Business Office Manager. Laura handles the day to day business affairs of the offices, works daily with the owner on updates and finances, assists in marketing efforts, organizes patient events and works side by side with the clinical manager to keep the offices running smoothly. Most often behind the scenes, sometimes you can see her friendly face at patient events and the Washington office.
Megan Auria, Au.D., CCC-A, received her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University in 2012. She previously received her BS in Communication Disorders from California University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Myers-Auria has been providing excellent patient-centered care at Swift Audiology for almost a decade. She also has been active in the neighboring communities providing educational seminars, presentations, and physician outreach. Helping her patients hear better, so they can enjoy their relationships with their friends and loved ones to the fullest is what Dr. Megan loves the most.
Rachelle Manley began her journey at Swift Audiology as an Apprentice in 2014. She later became the Patient Care Coordinator for several years at our North Hills location. While fulfilling her position at the front desk, she became an assistant to our HR team where she began demonstrating her exemplary training skills. In 2021, she became our Human Resources/Clinical Manager. She provides training to the staff, manages schedules, and works directly with the manufactures all while ensuring the team is adhering to the rules of compliance. Rachelle still makes her appearance at our North Hills office, but can mostly be found working alongside the management team in our Washington location.

Tammy Swift is a PA licensed Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist and also has Lyric extended wear certification. She has worked for Swift Audiology since 2011. Tammy truly is committed to the highest level of care for her patients.
She is knowledgeable about all digital devices and the latest technologies. She believes that better hearing is attainable for everyone, and she will work with you until you are hearing well.
She is experienced in fitting hearing devices for individuals of all ages, and she often finds the most challenging cases to be the most rewarding!
