David W. Larson - Chief Data Officer, SVP

Job Titles:
  • CDO
  • Chief Design Officer
  • Senior Vice President
Dave speaks from decades of experience when he says that designing wellness and recreational facilities is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. In order to match the facility to the culture and lifestyle of the community it will serve, he invests a lot of time early in the process in understanding clients' value systems, goals and dreams. He often takes them on a tour of facilities and observes their reactions to different aspects of the building as a way of understanding their perspective. When he sees a completed facility he designed in action, following an owner's functional and operational goals, he knows that he's hit one out of the park.

Eduardo Blanc

Eduardo originally started working in the architectural field in his native Argentina in the mid-1980s. His designs come naturally due to an innate love of both architecture and education. Eduardo also has a solid background as a teacher and lecturer on architectural design trends in Argentina and the United States. A talented educational designer, Eduardo leads TMP's Portage location, managing operations and leading marketing and staffing activities for this busy branch.

Eric L. Geiser - VP

Job Titles:
  • Vice President
Eric comes from a family of educators, so he feels at home in schools and among teachers. As a young student, he was naturally drawn to the idea of building things as a creative act with pragmatic constraints. And now, Eric loves that he gets to perform this civic act of architecture, which he feels imposes significant social responsibilities. His school designs reflect his thought that these facilities are the front parlor of a community at-large; a place where citizens meet, receive guests and celebrate civic events as part of preparing young adults to go out into the world.

TMP's commitment to clients is extraordinary and something to be proud of."
