Jacki Garra serves as the Vice President of Operations for Totus Tuus Consulting. Jacki has over 30 years of client service experience. Prior to joining TTC, she worked as a Vice President for a regional banking firm, helping her clients with all aspects of achieving their financial goals. Among other things, Jacki has worked with the local Emergency Services Coalition to provide financial literacy training and volunteering in the local school system teaching children about the importance of savings. Jacki and her husband Mark have three children and enjoy traveling and fishing.

Jennifer S. Akin is a key business partner of Totus Tuus Consulting. She has several years of experience in law practice. Over the years, she has chosen to focus her practice entirely on helping clients with their Elder Law, Estate and Special Needs Planning. She is a member of the New York (2012) and Florida (2013) bars. A leader in spirit and action, Jennifer takes on the toughest cases of the firm's senior and special needs clients and dispenses advice and action plans that protect their clients' interests in line with the state and federal laws. She herself and her associates in the firm help clients with Medicaid Planning, Veterans Planning, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Guardianship, and Probate cases. Jennifer believes helping elderly people is her calling. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer was a certified nursing aide at a nursing home in Ormond Beach, FL. Through her time as a CNA she worked closely with her clients (patients) to make sure they were provided quality care while still maintaining their dignity and quality of life. Jennifer truly loved this role and her time with these seniors. It was during this time that Jennifer saw the devastating effects long term care could have on families' finances, emotions, and wellbeing. Therefore, planning for long term care has become such an important part of her practice. Jennifer's passion is to work with seniors and their loved ones by providing them the information to make important decisions about different types of long-term care.
John R. Crawford is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer under The Florida Bar's Certification Program and is a key business partner of Totus Tuus Consulting. John Counsels TTC Clients in estate and tax planning matters such as tax planning, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, Medicaid and nursing home planning, irrevocable tax planning trusts, sheltering assets from claims, and taxation, and business succession planning. His practice at Marks Gray Law Firm in Jacksonville, Florida also includes substantial probate matters as well as formation and reorganization of business entities (including corporations, limited liability matters and family limited partnerships) and preparation of contracts and buy/sell agreements. Mr. Crawford is a past Chairman of the Catholic Foundation of the Diocese of St. Augustine. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Crawford has been named one of Florida's Super Lawyers® in 2006, 2007, and 2011.
