Chauncey Joined UPAL in the fall of 2021. He has several years of experience in the wealth management industry with various firms working with high net individuals and their families. Chauncey received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Tulsa and later his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Chauncey leads the Marketing and Financial Services operations of the firm. Chauncey's duties are twofold: He splits his time between marketing UPAL and helping to widen its presence in the market, as well as helping clients with their financial planning and preparing for their futures, now and in retirement. He brings a wealth of knowledge about creating detailed financial plans and has implemented that into UPAL since his arrival. Chauncey is a native of Tulsa and enjoys spending time with his Wife, Kate, and his twins, Carter, and Crandall. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf and tennis.

• Retirement Program Analyst & IT Specialist

Joanna joined our staff in 2011. She came with a background of medical and dental front office work and a strong grounding in computer basics. She helps process employee and employer deferrals, generates invoices, makes sure our computers get the general maintenance they require, and works to keep our website current. Joanna graduated magna cum laude from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre with an emphasis in Stage Management. Having found the theatre schedule too difficult to maintain with four active children, she now amuses herself with local theatre projects and activities with the Society for Creative Anachronism.

Kathy has been an essential member of the UPAL team for 28 years. When you call the office, you are 90% likely to speak to Kathy first! She broadcasts special notices to our members, arranges meetings and seminars, and creates books to help member employees understand their retirement plan. Kathy graduated from Oklahoma State University with her Bachelor of Science in Executive Secretarial Administration in 1979, and has attained professional rating as a Certified Professional Secretary. Kathy is an active member of the Tulsa Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals. She has been lauded as an outstanding member of IAAP and has in the past served as its President.

Kelly brings a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Tulsa and delectable baked goods to the UPAL office. She not only keeps the company books balanced but also prepares each retirement plan's quarterly and final contribution calculations and assists physicians with Form 5500 electronic filing. Kelly loves snow skiing when possible, but country western dancing is a favorite pastime as well. She is active at Northside Christian Church as the Wee Worship Coordinator and Nursery/Preschool Volunteer.

Lea Ann joined UPAL in 2000. She has 30 years of experience in the defined contribution retirement plan sector. Lea Ann was awarded her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Central University in 1989. Lea Ann has designed and implemented qualified retirement plans to meet the goals of the UPAL membership, as well as monitor and update qualified retirement plans for compliance with various legislative changes. As assets have grown, the membership needed a program to transfer retirement and personal wealth during retirement years, Lea Ann was involved in growing this side of the business. Lea Ann works closely with these clients as they move into retirement and will continue to do so. She is a member of the Tulsa Employee Benefits Group. Lea Ann is a native of Tulsa and she enjoys spending time with her family at the lake and playing golf. UPAL is a Registered Investment Advisor in Oklahoma. Sally joined UPAL in the fall of 2021. She brings over 30 years of defined contribution retirement plan experience to the job with her. She has an Associate Business Degree from Tulsa Community College. Prior to joining UPAL Sally was a Vice-President with the BOK Financial Plan Compliance department for 15 years. She has been responsible for compliance with both large and small plans in her time with BOK Financial and a local third-party administrator. Sally has two adult children, three cats and several grand pets. She enjoys spending time with her extended family, local music, gardening and collecting fish art.
