Araceli Guenther - Founder

Ms. Guenther serves as Executive Principal of Victrix Global where she provides oversight across all of the firm's operating activities with a primary focus on the firm's management consulting efforts. Ms. Guenther has extensive experience in strategically allocating capital, designing and implementing operational improvement initiatives, and managing change. In addition to her role at Victrix, Ms. Guenther also serves as an independent Investment Committee member for a large family office based in Latin America where she provideds guidance on the portfolio's investment strategy, with a particular focus on operational support to the portfolio's direct investment program. Ms. Guenther has extensive executive management experience and a proven ability to create cost savings by increasing efficiencies and reducing expenses while improving methodologies and processes. She has the expertise to oversee and direct complex high visibility projects having provided unique solutions across categories ranging from Cold Chain Distribution, Packaging, Temporary Staffing, and Advertising & Marketing. Prior to founding Victrix Global, she was the Managing Partner of Emerging Strategies Group where she managed strategic projects with a focus on spend management and process re-engineering. She also served as Project Director with SSA Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm where she lead global projects across the Pharmaceutical, Food, and Publishing sectors with an emphasis on generating operational efficiencies and costs reductions through spend management initiatives. Ms. Guenther was also Founder and CEO of INTAG, a company that designed and manufactured state-of-the-art packaging for the Perishable Products, Food Processing and Floral industries in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia. She also played a role in providing graphic design services for the wholesale and retail packaging needs of produce growers throughout Latin America. Prior to founding INTAG, she was Vice President of International Private Banking for Bank One Texas where she managed investment portfolios for high net worth and small institutional investors throughout Latin America. Ms. Guenther holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University Graduate School of Banking and Finance. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in German. She is the recipient of the Outstanding Young Woman of America Award and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the Year. Ms. Guenther serves as a Clinical Faculty Member for the Fox School of Business at Temple University where she leads projects associated with the schools Enterprise Management Consulting program.
