Brian joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah (NCNU) in 2015 after more than 15 years of experience in finance, analytics, corporate strategy, business development, and marketing working at several national retail organizations in the US and Canada.
As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Brian is responsible for setting the long-term marketing and product direction to drive the club's revenue growth across its core businesses: Membership, Insurance and Travel. This includes all marketing, brand, and advertising efforts, including digital marketing, direct marketing and sports marketing partners with the San Francisco Giants, Las Vegas Golden Knights, and Arizona State University.
Prior to the CMO role, Brian was responsible for AAA NCNU's $3.6B insurance business encompassing auto, home, life, and specialty insurance. Previously, Brian was SVP Operations Strategy where he helped lead the sales and service functions across NCNU's branch and call center channels.
Before joining AAA NCNU, Brian held leadership roles at Indigo, Sears Canada, and Canadian Tire Corporation.
Brian holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce from Dalhousie University, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and attended Stanford University's executive marketing program.

Bruce joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in 2019 as Chief Technology Officer, bringing more than three decades of information technology and data security experience to AAA.
Before joining AAA, Bruce worked with Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley innovators like HP, ArcSight and Symantec, as well as customer-focused companies like OppenheimerFunds and Price Waterhouse. He helped launch and run Technology Angle, a Bay Area company that helps businesses build exceptional IT and security departments.
Bruce is a member of Silicon Valley's CISE group, collaborating with IT and security leaders at some of the nation's best known brands. He believes that strong technological capabilities are fundamental to creating happy employees and loyal customers, and that collaborating and exchanging ideas with leaders from outside his organization helps sharpen his strategy for AAA.
Bruce graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University. He is an adventurer, immersing himself into the wilderness every year with his sons to train, refresh his mind and enjoy life.
Clay joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah (AAA NCNU) in 2016 with more than 25 years of experience as a chief financial officer.
At AAA, Clay is responsible for the club's activities in the areas of accounting, financial planning and analysis, investments, and risk management. Clay helps develop enterprise-wide strategies through a financial lens. He also helps create programs and processes that support the AAA mission to deliver legendary Member experiences.
Before joining AAA NCNU, Clay was Director of Sun Bancorp in New Jersey, where he served as Chair of the Audit Committee. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Toys "R" Us Inc., for eight years.
Clay brings substantial financial management experience in the retail industry, including 13 years at Mervyn's (a subsidiary of Target Corporation), where he was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, and 11 years at Lucky Stores where he was a divisional Vice President of Operations Accounting and Controller.
Clay began his career as an Actuarial Analyst for the Fireman's Insurance Fund, and quickly moved into corporate banking as an officer for Crocker National Bank in San Francisco.
Clay earned his Bachelor of Science in statistics and an MBA from Stanford University, and he is a certified public accountant.

John Walter has over 29 years of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to joining AAA in 2008, John founded his own automotive company, which he led for 15 years, developing the Arizona market to 17 Repair locations. Real estate development, project management, and operational oversight were part of his purview in this role.
Currently, Mr. Walter leads the Mountain West Group auto repair business in Arizona, accelerating the growth of the business by more than 4X since the 2016 merger of AAA Arizona with MWG.
He has been instrumental in acquisitions, retrofits and new builds, and there are now 39 repair locations across the MWG footprint that will generate more than $67mm in revenue this year.
Mr. Walter is passionate about scaling business, creating member value, and building strong cohesive teams that deliver results. In addition to his role in car repair, he oversaw growth and expansion efforts for Arizona's fleet management until the 2016 merger. He served for several years on the AAA National Repair Advisory Group, helping develop federation-wide auto repair strategy. In 2021 he was the recipient of the President's Leadership Award, one of MWG's highest honors.
Mr. Walter holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Arizona State University.

Kamili joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in June 2011 and brings more than 21 years of legal experience.
In her role as the Chief People Officer & General Counsel, Kamili is responsible for managing litigation and compliance issues and overseeing the club's Human Resources and Learning & Development. She is also charged with supporting and advising AAA NCNU Board of Directors and Executive management on matters of corporate governance as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
Before joining AAA, she was a partner at Seyfarth Shaw where she defended employers and individual employees in single and multi-plaintiff harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and contract litigation brought under Federal and California state law.
Kamili received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco. She previously served on the Boards of the Bar Association of San Francisco Foundation and the Girls' After School Academy (GASA), an afterschool program designed to support underprivileged girls.

In her current role as Chief Operating Officer, Laura is responsible for leveraging the connectivity between multiple divisions at MWG including Auto Repair, Marketing, Social Impact and Communications. She's charged with bringing all these divisions together to provide a unified voice for the legendary brand of AAA and added value for our more than 6 million Members. .
As a forward thinker, Laura is helping to prepare the organization for what is to come five years from now and beyond, including advancing innovative strategies that allow us to better serve our Members.
Laura is our only Executive Leader who has held leadership positions in the Marketing, Sales, and Road Service divisions, including as Chief Experience Officer - Road Service and Chief Marketing Officer.
Prior to AAA, Laura worked at Farmers Insurance and Nationwide Insurance in various roles supporting business engineering and operations.
Laura received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University.

Shawn joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah in 2012 with more than 20 years of experience in sales and strategic operations.
Shawn is responsible for the AAA branch office network that spans six states including Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Montana, Wyoming and Alaska as well as call center sales teams in Utah and Arizona.
In his previous role as Executive Vice President, Chief Call Center Officer, Shawn managed our Member Service Centers and our Work-from-Home Team Member program. With responsibility for over 1,000 Team Members, Shawn focused on growing annual new business sales and delivering quality road service operations to support our 6.1 Million AAA Members.
Shawn began his career with AAA as a Regional Sales Director and made a quick transition to the Leadership team, as a Senior Vice President where he continued to uphold our Club's values: Humility, Integrity, Teamwork and Service.
Before joining AAA, Shawn was a Senior Vice President for Bank of America, where he led multiple programs that assisted in sales growth strategies for consumer banking products and Team Member development.
After college, Shawn played defensive back in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the BC Lions, where he helped lead the team to a record-breaking winning season.
Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

In the past four years AAA NCNU has welcomed 1.6 million new Members, grown sales by $1.2 billion and extended our territory to seven states. In 2016, we opened A3Ventures, an innovation laboratory, which launched its first venture in 2017 - the award-winning GIG Car Share service operating in California. We also introduced the nation's first self-driving vehicle available to the public, operating on public roads (in Downtown Las Vegas).
Prior to joining AAA NCNU, Tim led Canada's British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA). He also served in a variety of roles at Canadian Tire Corporation, one of Canada's largest and most trusted companies.
Tim has a degree in business administration from the University of Western Ontario and studied strategic leadership at Oxford University and corporate social responsibility at Harvard University.
