With years of experience in both in corporate America and as a successful entrepreneur, Art realized that his talents would be best shared by helping others. He left business ownership to work in the field of Practice Management and began cultivating personal success for dentists at The Schuster Center for Professional Development, then moving on to work for Next Level Practice.
His combination of corporate experience, business ownership experience, and experience in differing theories of practice management lead him to start Vista Practice Management.
Working as an Assistant and an Office Manager, Mandy has the "practical experience" needed to help build and implement effective systems that help your practice flow more smoothly and with less stress. Systems like: Scheduling, Financial Arrangements, Presenting Treatment, Insurance Collections, Phone Dynamics, New Patient Process, etc.
With over 20 years of real world experience, Mandy has come to understand the challenges team members face in day-to-day situations that create barriers to growth. Her expertise in "managing" these challenges in a dental practice makes her a wonderful resource for your practice team.
