Marianne is currently working as a senior consultant in the Carbon and Energy Markets Group at Pöyry. Previously she worked as a freelance consultant with climate change and sustainability. Projects have included cost benefit analysis of water quality improvements in the Baltic Sea, payment for ecosystems services (PES), fuel-switch JI project development in Russia, JI/CDM project identification and development in Ukraine and Azerbaijan, bio-diesel CDM in Morocco, climate impact assessment in Bhutan, capacity building strategies and reviews of CDM toolkit... Marianne Zandersen, Dr.rer.pol., is an environmental economist and policy analyst with more than 12 years experience working with environmental valuation, impacts and mitigation of climate change, land use planning and sustainable development.
