Adrian is an enthusiastic and dedicated Building Surveyor with over 12 years experience in the construction industry.
Adrian has worked on a diverse range of projects within the heritage and residential sectors, with significant experience of supporting education clients. His project repertoire includes roof replacements, remedial work, safeguarding, lighting installations, school expansion projects, and brand new builds.
Alberto is a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the construction industry.
He has extensive experience working on a diverse range of projects, with particular in depth experience within the education sector, including supporting many schools with successful CIF Bid applications.

Alex joined Synergy's building surveying team in 2020 and has valuable experience within the residential, commercial and education sectors.
He is a highly motivated surveyor who is currently completing his APC to become fully chartered.
Alfie graduated with a Building Surveying degree from Portsmouth university in 2022 and joined Synergy shortly afterwards.
He is an enthusiastic surveyor who has built up an extensive portfolio of overseeing remedial works across various residential properties after working in Portsmouth City Council's reactive team.
Since joining Synergy he has proactively supported a wide range of education projects from vital maintenance improvements and condition surveys, to new school spaces.
Angela is an integral part Synergy's finance team who works closely with others across the practice to ensure Synergy stays on track financially.
Anne-Marie joined Arthur Young in Harare, Zimbabwe in 1988 and on completion of her Articles of Clerkship went on to establish her own accountancy practice in Harare, specialising in tax, business management and consultancy, including mergers and acquisitions. The client base was very prestigious including close ties with Ernst and Young.
Anne-Marie immigrated to the United Kingdom with her family in 2001 and joined Lee Associates and then The GBC Partnership, now part of Moore Stephens LLP (Guildford), managing the audit department. It was with The GBC Partnership, back in 2006, that she first became involved in the financial affairs of CM Parker Browne, a founding partnership of Synergy, and in 2008, the LLP asked Anne-Marie to join the organisation as Finance Partner, a position that she has held since July 2008.
Anne-Marie's strong technical knowledge and broad practical and professional experience is very beneficial to the continued guidance of the growth and development of Synergy.
Ben is currently working on achieving his MSc in Quantity Surveying whilst working at Synergy.
He is an enthusiastic and driven member of the Cost Consultancy team who shows an eagerness to learn in every task he undertakes. Since joining Synergy this year, Ben has begun supporting a wide variety of exciting projects.
Bryan has swiftly progressed to a confident and industrious professional within Synergy's Cost Consultancy team. He has worked across a variety of exciting projects in the residential, education, commercial and heritage sectors.
Carol has worked for Cook and Butler and now Synergy for over 30 years, becoming an Associate of the Practice in 2013.
Carol's experience includes numerous education buildings, hotels. visitor centres, churches, and church halls, both refurbishment and new build. Her detailed knowledge of the heritage sector is enhanced by her project work on listed buildings.
Carol specialises in the production of Bills of Quantities of Schedules of Works but is also involved in pre-tender estimating. She has significant post contract surveying experience, including the drafting of Contract documents, detailed financial administration throughout projects leading to successful final account settlement.

Chien is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years in the industry.
Chien joined Cook and Butler in 2005, a founding member of Synergy Construction & Property Consultants LLP, and is a core part of the Cost Consultancy team.
Chien's extensive skillset spans from managing life cycle costing, budgeting, cost reporting and monitoring, through to final account settlement on a project.
He is able to provide contractual arrangement advice and possesses an intrinsic understanding of tender and contract documentation and tender assessment and reporting. In addition, he has proven experience in value engineering, interim valuation, delay and monetary claim assessment.

Craig is a personable new member of Synergy's design team. He has extensive experience within his field working across the education, commercial and high-end residential sectors.
His expertise ranges from early concept drawings to technical design stages of the RIBA plan of work, to supporting planning applications including those for listed buildings.
When he's not creating exciting visuals, you'll find Craig on the squash court or playing football with friends.
David joined the practice in 1989 (then Parker & Browne) and became a Partner of Synergy in 2008.
With over 26 years experience in both project management and cost consultancy, David has worked on and led a diverse range of projects, from large scale retail fit outs, to the construction of new academies, and car showrooms for various brands.
Having spent two years training under Olympian and sports surfaces expert, John Cadman, David is also skilled in advising on the maintenance and construction of sports surfaces.
Declan is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has been with Synergy Construction and Property Consultants LLP since 2002.
Declan works closely with a variety of schools mainly in the South of England overseeing extension and refurbishment projects from conception to completion and takes on the role of Contract Administrator and Lead designer.
He has successfully assisted numerous schools and academies in the preparation of bid documents to help them secure funding for new projects. In addition he has assisted schools with all stages of projects from feasibility /scheme proposals to detailed designing and statutory approvals including building regulations and planning.
Although primarily education based, Declan is also experienced in refurbishments in the leisure and ecclesiastical sectors.

Dominic has been involved with numerous education projects, from school boiler replacement projects through to planned preventative surveys.
He has also worked with academy schools on a number of successful Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) bid applications, including supporting the team with conducting numerous Statlog surveys to help schools secure grants.
