David holds a degree in computer science and has over 20 years' experience in both the telecommunications and IT sectors spanning both the UK and Irish markets. David's primary experience is in the telecommunications sector in which he has gained vast experience in terms of solution design and delivery. David's previous experience includes holding senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group in the UK and also at Honda Europe while most recently he was MD of Convergent Systems Ireland, providing Avaya contact centre and multi-site systems to SME, corporate and government clients. Dave splits his time between Glasgow and Dublin and is a keen golfer.

Keir has a wealth of experience in the field of customer management with particular focus on the contact centre industry. A graduate in Technology and Management Science, Keir has worked for BT and AT&T and held senior positions in a number of contact centre outsourcers. Keir has worked for customer management consultancy CM Insight and was VP EMEA for GMT, a niche provider of Work Force Management solutions (both acquired by Verint). Most recently Keir was Director of Sales for a global provider of enterprise performance optimisation software before joining Precium in May 2020. Keir lives in the Midlands with his wife and two daughters and enjoys the great outdoors in his spare time.
Steve Walker - Founder, Managing Director
Steve is the Managing Director and Founder of Precium. He has over 25 years' experience in Telecoms and IT and has held senior positions in public and private companies. At the age of 27 he started his first business, Direct Voice & Data Ltd and was a semi-finalist in Entrepreneur of the Year 2000. The business was acquired in late 2000 by Convergent Communications Plc where Steve became Sales Director, before becoming Divisional Director for Azzurri Communications. In his last role, Steve was MD of Avaya partner and Systems Integrator IP Integration, specialising in Enterprise and Contact Centre solutions. Along the way Steve has also founded and sold a telecoms business specialising in Contact Centres in Ireland. Steve lives in Surrey with his wife and two children and is a car fanatic and motorsport fan.
