Anne uses her own experience and industry knowledge to enhance and support not only the financial advisers but also their clients. Anne enjoys walking the Cornish coastal paths and taking in the sea and surrounding areas, which she says is therapeutic.

Audrey is the first point of contact for our clients when calling the office. Having previously worked for the local council for 13 years she has an abundance of experience in all areas of administration. In her spare time Audrey enjoys reading and long walks along the beautiful Cornish coastline.
Part of the Paraplanning team, Carri brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the financial services industry, which makes her a great asset to our team. Carri helps prepare client suitability reports as well as administering corporate pensions. When asked what superpower she would most like to have, she replied the ability to heal people and animals. Carri is best know for her honesty and self-reliance.

Dexter is our Head of Financial Planning at KSIS and is also a Chartered Financial Planner. Dexter is responsible for our financial planning team and brings a wide range of experience to the firm which enables him to help support the team to add maximum value for our clients.
As a financial planner Dexter takes an objective view when working with his clients, helping them on the journey to achieving financial security. Dexter holds a first-class degree in Accounting and Finance from UWE and is now working towards becoming a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). Outside of work Dexter enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as enjoying keeping fit and active.

With over 30 years' experience, Henry joins our team after running his own IFA practice. He enjoys working with wealthy individuals and corporate clients. When away from the office he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He enjoys walking and travel when time allows.

Irene joined KSIS in 2022 having previously worked in administration and marketing for a local confectionary company. As well as preparing client review documentation and other administration tasks Irene assists with creating and publishing content, such as our quarterly newsletters, and manages our social media platforms. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, quizzes and travelling.
Jade is our senior financial services administrator, having been with us for over 10 years she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our administration team. The superpower Jade would most like to have is invisibility, so she can hide away when need be. In her spare time she enjoys spoiling her daughter.

James joined KSIS with over 25 years experience in the Financial Services Industry, having worked with some of the biggest IFA companies in the UK. He enjoys working with individuals, business owners and Company Directors to navigate the complexity of their unique financial situation. James' emphasis is on maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing them with a source of trusted advice as their financial needs evolve over the years.
Karen is our Operations Manager at KSIS and has been with us for over 15 years. With a wealth of knowledge and experience she oversees all day to day operations to ensure our office runs smoothly. She is tasked with supervising employees encouraging team work, energy and creativity. Karen also ensures our business remains compliant and adheres to all aspects of FCA guidance. At weekends she enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters and energetic cocker spaniel Bailey.

Katy joins us with many years experience in administration roles across the financial sector and is responsible for processing insurance provider applications, client withdrawal requests and many other essential day to day tasks. In her spare time Katy enjoys coastal walks and spending time with her family which includes her recently adopted cat ‘Top Cat'!

Liz joined us with a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Her broad experience across the spectrum of financial advice enables her to take a truly holistic approach with her clients to ensure the best financial outcome is achieved. In her spare time Liz enjoys travelling, music concerts and spending time with her friends and family.
Marc is our dedicated Paraplanner at KSIS, having joined us with 14 years experience within the financial services industry. Marc has developed a wealth of knowledge across a broad spectrum of financial products during that time and prides himself on his attention to detail. Marc is a member of the National Trust which enables him to spend his spare time visiting beautiful places in Cornwall with his family. He enjoys a good film and has a very quirky sense of humour!
Niki is Executive Assistant to our Chairman, as well as being responsible for fees reconciliation and reporting. If she found herself on a deserted island, she would take wine, a book and sun cream. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Tom joined our team in 2021 after working for some of the largest IFA's in the UK. In his role as business leader, he is the innovator of our services for individuals and businesses. He specialises in advising wealthy individuals and retirement planning. Outside of work Tom enjoys family time, travel and loves F1.
