Our aim is to provide a complete Primary Care Health Service for our patients. We hope that our patients will make full use of our facilities, especially with regard to cervical smears, immunisations, contraception and health screening... Our Surgery doors are open between the hours of 8.00am-6.30pm Monday to Friday. We offer both telephone & face to face appointments based on patients choice... We are experiencing a lot of patients who are abusing our staff and some GP's and believe that it is acceptable to be aggressive or verbally abusive towards our staff, this is unacceptable, we operate our service under the N.H.S. Zero Tolerance scheme and this means we are prepared to remove patients and may ask them to seek there medical care from another source. Therefore please be kind when dealing with personnel at the surgery, treat our staff with the same respect they
