49ER - Key Persons
Bio: Arek joined 49er in the spring of 2022 heading up shipping and receiving in the warehouse. He comes to us with business education, variety of office and warehouse experience and has quickly become a valuable member of our team. He has an upbeat, high energy attitude, cheerfulness and lots of music, nothing makes him more happy than making sure all our orders go out as soon as possible. In his spare time he enjoys some healthy activities, good food, comedy shows and live music venues.
Bio: Holley started 49er Communications in 1997. In the early 1990's she worked for a startup company in San Francisco where she was immersed in many aspects of entrepreneurship amid an emerging internet, investor relations and computer programming. Her past sales and marketing experience with companies like Crystal Geyser Water Company, Wells Fargo Bank and Comtech Communications set the stage to venture in a new endeavor of her own. Her vision and passion to create a phenomenal customer experience with quality products, resulted in a solid company that's been around for a quarter century. She's passionate about giving back and in 2019 established a 501c non-profit named The Yelloh Foundation. Yelloh is currently the sole supporter of an orphanage in Tanzania with 6 children who were displaced and now have a home, medical, schooling and place to grow up where they are learning the skills to lead productive, prosperous lives.
Bio: Jessica comes from a wildland fire background; she spent many years working on a wildland fire engine out of Montana. She became an EMT and fire line medic for her last years on the line. She spent a decade in Montana expanding her knowledge base at the university, working is different fields, and enjoying the montana wilderness before returning to California and joining the 49er Team in 2011. Now she spends her time working on radios, trying to stay ahead in the field of LMR radios, learning new technology, remodeling houses, winning BBQ competitions, mountain biking and hiking with her many dogs.

Bio: Elizabeth is a former special education teacher, with fifteen years teaching experience. Her teaching career taught her to be diligent and resourceful in all aspects of her life. She currently lives in Southern California, where she works remotely as the bookkeeper for 49er Communications. Her favorite things to do are spend time with her children, grandchildren, read and walk her dog. She has never met a stranger and believes in the importance of "Spread[ing] love everywhere you go. Let[ting] no one ever come to you without leaving happier." - Mother Teresa

Bio: Malinda is an Army Veteran, she served overseas supporting Iraqi Freedom from 2001-2005. After military enlistment she started working in animal care which led to animal welfare for animal control. Malinda relocated to Nevada City in 2018 to become a member of the 49er Communications team in January of 2019. Her hobbies are traveling to tropical places, boating, kayaking, wine tasting, animal photography, chasing sunsets and having fun with loved ones!
