Mr. Assem is the Head of Real Estate department at Al Rajhi Capital , which he joined in November 2020, leading a team specialized in managing the investments and Real Estate Funds.
Prior to joining ARC, Mr. Assem, held the position of Senior Vice President at Saudi Investment Department - Real Estate & Infrastructure in The Public Investments Fund, where he contributed in establishing many investment & developmental projects, and was a member of a number of committees and boards, as a representative to the PIF. Prior to that, he held the position of Director of Real Estate Development, at JABAL OMAR DEVELOPMENT COMPANY. In addition to the above mentioned posts, he worked as the Director of Investments at METHAK INVESTMENT HOLDING, as well as Investment Manager with the SEDCO HOLDING, where he was managing the investment operations on both the local and global fronts for all types of assets.
Mr. Assem, holds an M.Sc. Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from University of Reading in The United Kingdom, and an M.Sc. Degree in Financial Analysis and Fund Management, from University of Exeter in U.K. He obtained his B.Sc. in Finance, from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Mr. Mohamed is the Chief Risk Officer at Al Rajhi Capital, which he joined in January 2021.
Mr. Mohamed has an experience of over 15 years in the Banking and Investment Management. He held several positions in risk management at Alinma Bank, Al Rajhi Capital, Alinma Investment, and Albilad Capital before he rejoins Al Rajhi Capital in 2021. He holds a BSc degree in Computer Engineering from KFUPM, and an MSc degree in Investments from the University of Birmingham, UK. He is also a certified FRM®.
Mr. Mohammed is the Head of Brokerage Department at Al Rajhi Capital. He joined the company in December 2021, and has over 17 years of experience in the Brokerage and Banking Services.
Prior to joining Al Rajhi Capital, Mr. Mohammed was working with SNB Capital, where he held different positions and the last position was Head of Brokerage Advisory. Before that, he worked with Riyad Bank at the Private Banking sector.

Mohammed brings his experience of more than 17 years when he joined Al Rajhi Capital as its Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Anti-Money Laundering in 2009.
Prior to joining ARC, Mohammed has held several positions including Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Anti-Money Laundering at Riyad Capital and before that as a Risk Manager at Samba Financial Group.
Mohammed holds a Bachelor degree in in English Language and a High Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA) and the University of Manchester."

Mr. Naif is the Head of Strategy & Transformation at Al Rajhi Capital, he joined Al Rajhi Capital in December 2020 and he has an extensive experience of over 19 years in the Strategic Affairs, Business Development, Project Management and Banking.
Prior to joining Al Rajhi Capital, Mr. Naif was working as a CMA Deputy, Strategy & International Affairs in the Capital Market Authority, also he worked before that as a Corporate Affairs Director in National Industrialization Company (TASNEE), and before that he worked in Saudi British Bank (SABB) and Saudi Industrial Development Fund.

Tarik joined Al Rajhi Capital in 2016 and currently holds the position of Director of Governance. He is in-charge of Risk Management and Sharia Departments, in addition to Corporate Governance matters that are also falling under his responsibility.
Prior to joining Al Rajhi Capital, he worked for the Capital Market Authority. Tarik brings more than 14 years of professional experience in various compliance related functions with specialized focus in financial industry, including Corporate Governance, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Brokerage.
Tarik holds an MBA from the Missouri state university and a Bachelor degree in Accounting from King Saud University.

Usman Sikandar is the Head of Investment Banking at Al Rajhi Capital since June 2022. He is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Al Rajhi Capital, Usman worked at Saudi Fransi Capital as head of investment banking for 15 years. Prior to SFC, Usman worked at JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch in Canada and Pakistan for 10 years.
Usman holds an MBA degree from Lahore University of Management sciences, and a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan.
Mr. Waleed AlRashed has an extensive experience of over 16 years in the Financial Sector, He started his professional career in Treasury Department at Saudi Aramco.
After which he joined HSBC Saudi Arabia where he was working in the Dep. of Discretionary Portfolio Management & Equity Research. Afterward, he moved to Jadwa Investment Co. where he held the position of Vice President in Portfolio Management.
Mr. Waleed then shifted to NCB Capital as Head of Equities investment. Prior to joining AL-Rajhi Capital, Mr. Waleed held the position of General Manager of Asset Management at HSBC Saudi Arabia.
