Dr. Xu founded Alphamab in 2008. Prior to Alphamab, Dr.Xu had more than 15 years experience in Archemix, Serono and Biogen Idec., where he hold different roles in R&D of novel biologics. Dr. Xu holds adjunct professor in Jilin University and SIMM, Chinese Academy of Science.

Dr.Guo, with more than 10 years of experience in R&D and Production Management，is heading the teams of Protein Chemistry research and development and Pilot Production.
Mr. Chen is in charge of product registration, clinical research, human resources, administration and government affairs.
Mr. Chen graduated from chemical pharmacy of China Medicine University and has served as director of president office and director of R&D etc. in a number of well-known pharmaceutical companies, with nearly 30 years of management experience in medicine development, registration and declaration as well as production and listing etc.
Ms. Zhang is in charge of company logistics and legal work.
Ms. Zhang has double bachelors' degree of chemical engineering and international business of Xiamen University, and MBA of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, with 20 years of experience in supply chain management, project management and business management.
Prof. Aiwu Zhou is the leading scholar in structure biology of protease inhibitors, pathogenesis of high blood pressure. He is theprofessor in JTU Medical school and Senior Lecturer of Cambridge University.
Prof. Wei Xie is Leading expert in fly genetics, neuroscience and immunology. He is Professor and Dean of Life Science College, Southeast University and Changjiang Scholar
