We can all feel overwhelmed by difficult feelings or 'stuck' at some times in our lives and I offer a safe, supportive, non judgemental and confidential space to help you gain understanding of yourself, your relationships, family dynamics and your thoughts and feelings more fully and help gain fresh perspectives and help work through loss and change.
