AP Facilities Management is based out of Central New Jersey and was founded in 2009 by Al Perl, who was a Retail Facilities Manager for a major retail chain of 600 big box stores throughout the United States and Canada... Simple, we are former Retailer Facilities professionals that have started a new company to specialize in maintenance and repairs for National Retail Chains and Property Managers... What we do have are people that have sat behind the same desk as the customers we work for and can provide exceptional service at lower rates and with greater attention to details.
