That's why, after years of owning and running real estate agencies (both franchise and independent), along with working alongside motivational trainers like Peter Gilchrist, James realised his passion for the real estate industry could be better served elsewhere.
Despite being a self-confessed technophobe, he decided to use the knowledge he'd accumulated over the years to help others improve their own real estate agencies and offices. And so, Aro Software was created to allow business owners to embrace the benefits of technology that can reduce their work hours, make them more efficient and help them grow their businesses by delivering a better experience to their clients.
A former professional tennis player before life took him along the real estate path, James knows "you only get to live once, but you get to serve twice".
