At Home Apartments (AHA) has been creating and caring for quality apartment home communities since 1990. It all started in Minnesota when founders Mike Cashill and Alan Spaulding began with two 14-unit turn-of-the-century brownstones on St. Paul's Grand Avenue. The Twin Cities natives, who combined experience in property management and building maintenance, sought to build a better model for local property management. In 2000, Mike, Alan, and Kansas City local partner Rich Miller purchased their first property in Mission, Kansas.
