Barcelona Design centre was founded in 1973 with the aim of giving design the importance it had in other European cities. In 2023 we celebrated our 50 anniversary... We understand design as a factor of transformation for competitiveness, sustainability and a positive impact on society, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (2030 Agenda).
