LEARNING ABOUT FRYER REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

Hi there, my name is Isabelle Antill. I am here to talk to you about maintaining your fryer equipment using new and used parts. We use the fryers to create new types of chips, including ones made from wild rice, quinoa and parsnips. The fryers see a lot of use as we experiment with new ingredients and flavor combinations. Our clients always love to come out and try the new varieties, so we are firing up the fryers daily. We have a maintenance technician come out weekly to check the condition of our equipment and perform repairs as needed.
