Bailey Chen

Bailey Chen is the newest member of Birds&Fish Communications although we have all known her for quite a while. She is another talent from Lasalle International Design College. Bailey has worked in a fashion company as a web and graphic designer. She has also worked for the beer company Fosters working with the cartons labels and many special POSMs. After that, she got the chance to work in "a great advertising company in Shanghai". "With all those great experiences, now I join in Birds & Fish to create a new future."

Ian McArthur

Ian McArthur is Creative Director in the B&F management team and is responsible for our Australia operations, formulating and implementing B&F business and marketing strategy, and creative methodology. He also works directly with key clients and the B&F China team on design and strategy consultancy projects continuing to create rich design based projects for print, visual identity, packaging, interactive and motion graphics. A founding member of B&F, Ian is a design specialist with over twenty years experience in advertising, printing, publishing, fashion design and marketing, retail design, web development and project management in Australia, UK, Europe and Asia. In recent years, he has held management roles within design education institutes in Australia, Singapore and China. Ian is Australian and holds a Masters Degree in Design from Middlesex University, UK.

Jude Du - Founder, Managing Director

Jude Du is responsible for business development and daily operation of Birds&Fish Communications Shanghai Office. His strong English language and communication skills help B&F win many international clients based in Shanghai. Before joining B&F in February 2004, Jude worked with Sichuan International Studies University and China Chongqing Television, gaining rich experience in English teaching and translation.
