BIRCHWOOD GLEN OWNERS CORPORATION

Birchwood Glen Owners Corporation came into existence in 1986 as a result of the conversion of the property from a rental apartment complex. At first, it was a slow start with a strong presence of the original owner/management company and a few brave, yet inexperienced coop owners on the Board of Directors. Over the years, the Board of Directors changed, the management company was changed and many of the cooperative owners have come and gone. However, in the years that have passed, the Board of Directors and current management company have strived to create a well managed, beautifully landscaped and financially secure coop community... Other activities that have taken place are mechanical cleanout of storm drains, routine maintenance and repair of the domestic hot water system as well as the heating system.
