Maarten Kamp (1974) is an experienced attorney at Blumstone LLP in Amsterdam, specializing over 15 years in administrative (procedural) law in general and, in particular, zoning and environmental law. He is regularly active in the overlapping area of public and private law. He focuses on infrastructure development, (urban) redevelopment, office building transformation, land exploitation, loss arising from government planning decisions and enforcement. He advises both public authorities and private companies, including property developers, investors and housing corporations.
