B-Line is studying Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) needs in Butte County in order to provide feasible solutions/alternatives for individuals not qualifying for ADA or Dial-a-Ride service. The goals of the study are to describe the types and extend of need, to consider responsive and cost-effective service models through stakeholder input and engagement, and to present an Action Plan for moving forward the preferred Butte County NEMT alternative(s).
