Prior to joining BMM, Amy began her accounting career in private industry, working for ten years at a national hospitality company as a Controller at company-owned properties. She joined BMM in October 2000. Amy's passion lies in becoming a trusted advisor to her clients. By applying the skills learned in private industry, she guides her clients through taxation and accounting compliance to help them succeed in their endeavors.
As part of the Firm's Management Team, she is also responsible for recruiting new staff and the professional development of current staff.
When not at BMM Amy enjoys spending time with her husband Jim, daughters, and close friends. They enjoy camping, cooking and attending music and art festivals together.

Grant joined BMM in 2017 after graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has worked closely with a wide range of organizations and specializes in tax services for both small businesses and individuals and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor to help assist clients with their QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
Outside of the office, Grant enjoys spending time with his wife Hannah, competing in triathlons, traveling across the U.S. visiting National Parks, and serving in his church.

Jennifer has been with BMM since 1985. She specializes in tax and advisory services for both small businesses and individuals. She also oversees many administrative areas for the Firm.

He specializes in tax and advisory services for both small businesses and individuals, with special expertise in matters relating to farm taxation. Ken is also responsible for business development and providing staff technical guidance in BMM's Wabash office.

He has testified as an expert witness. In January of 2022, Troy became just the third Managing Partner for BMM.
