At Borghese Vineyard we prune, pick, bottle, cork, label, and distribute every bottle of our wine by hand. It is our passion to create old-world styles in our wines with minimal manipulation of product. That means low residual sugar, low sulfite levels, and patient aging to allow for optimal structure.
