Yoga Wellspring, LLC Mission Statement | Yoga Wellspring is a social justice advocacy organization grounded in the eight limb practice of yoga. In addition to sharing how to authentically practice yoga, we also provide grant writing, nonprofit financial consulting, and technical support services to yoga teachers, nonprofits, and other social justice organizations... As we work to dismantle systems of oppression and appropriation in yoga, in ourselves, and in society, we know that we will make mistakes. Our goal is to give ourselves and those around us the space to work through those mistakes, to accept the insight from those who help us recognize our missteps, while also accepting that it is our sole responsibility to acknowledge and rectify those mistakes... We are committed to an ongoing learning process around privilege, power, inequality, systems of oppression and cultural appropriation, and in practicing yoga to be an agent of change.
