Greg DeSalvo is a 3rd generation Orlando, Florida native. Growing up in a family business household, Greg gained valuable firsthand operational and management experience. Greg graduated from the University of Georgia in 1995 with a double major in Business Management and Computer Science.
As a former Bank executive, Greg is very well versed in current tax codes as they related to current markets, and a subject matter expert in bank underwriting. During his 25 year career, Greg has loaned over $550 million, and was a chairman's club member for 8 years in a row. His financial expertise is a crucial ingredient for his personal portfolio and helping others with their acquisitions. Additionally, Greg specializes in 1031 placement consultation, offering a rare form of advisory services.

Jim has created a successful YouTube Channel as a platform to teach and discus current topics that matter to business brokers worldwide enlisting the industry's most forward-thinking professionals.
Simon is a business intermediary with over 7 years of experience. Prior to becoming an intermediary, Simon spent several years in Senior Management roles and as a self-employed business owner.
Simon provides consultancy services to business owners looking to prepare for exit in future years, helping them to maximize the value of their business when it comes time to sell. He also gives back to his local community by volunteering as a certified mentor at SCORE.
