The company is actively involved in developing market rent and Section 42, affordable housing apartment projects, with multiple projects on the drawing board and under development. We are also building single family homes through our affiliate BlueTec Homes. Our real estate brokerage business, primarily commercial, is on tract to set records this year, and our Real Estate Investment activity currently generate significantly more return than most other forms of investment...
