Dr.Remund, Italian and Swiss nationalities, fluent in English, Italian, French and German with basic knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin). She graduated from Cambridge University, England,and received PhD degree in Foreign Languages & Literatures in Perugia University, Italy. Dr.Remund took Sinology in Bochum University, Germany. In 1999, Dr. Remund was granted the Official Certification as Consultant and Trainer for Change Management by ODR (Organizational Development Research) locating in Atlanta, USA. For the past few years, Dr. Remund has been an important speaker for many international conferences and in many well-known universities. She has been adjoint faculty for the MBA program at a few universities, for instance, City University in Berlin, Frankfurt and Beijing, University of Applied Science (FHTW) in Berlin, Preston University in Beijing, Shanghai, Harbin and Polytechnic in Beijing, etc. During her 20 years' management practice, Dr. Remund has worked for a few multinationals, such as Marion Merrell Dow in Europe. She served as Marketing Manager, General Manager, Managing Director and Commercial Director. Dr. Remund's experience covers different business fields including Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Chemicals, Plastics, Engineering Services for the automotive industry, Services in the educational sector, providing her with abundant resource of case study, which has been applied in her research and teaching activities.

Mr. Daniel Wang, received his Undergraduate Degree from Beijing University and his Master's Degree in International Laws from Foreign Affairs University. He pursued further education for the Doctor's degree at the Law、Policy & Social Research Center in Northeast University of the US. Mr. Wang now lives in New York. Mr. Wang is also one of the first certified trainers of "Six Thinking Hats" in China. For the past decade, Mr. Wang has acted as a senior manager in many multi-national companies in the US, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China. His responsibilities included import & export trade, financial management, production plant management, and sales management. He is experienced with market operations in many industries. As an experienced management consultant and senior trainer, Mr. Wang has provided over hundred training courses and seminars on management and professional skills. The topics included: Management and leadership for junior and senior managers, Marketing & Sales Management, Teambuilding, Communication Skills, Project Management and Problem Solving & Decision Making. He has conducted various projects on professional trainings and management & sales consulting for senior management teams for many multi-national companies. Mr. Max Fang graduated from Peking University and received his MBA degree from New York Long Island University, U.S.A.. During his practice over years in Project Management, Financing and Venture Investment, Max has acted as Venture Investment Consultant, Project Financing Expert and Chief Representative etc. in many investment companies, Economic Development Research Centers, banks and financial groups based in U.S., Switzerland, Hong Kong and Mainland China. As a senior trainer, Max has delivered Project Management, Financing, Intellectual Property Rights and WTO related training for many provincial governments, Universities and enterprises in China. In addition, Max was once in charge of several large consulting projects for various enterprises. For instance, as the Chief Representative of U.S. Capital House Investment Bank's branch in China, Max completed a consulting project and helped a Chinese bank with purchasing the "OMNI DOOR INC" in U.S.. Mr. Paul Wang graduated from Beijing Normal University and continued further studies at New York State University in the US. He obtained teaching certificates from the Institute of AHMA (American Hotel & Motel Association). Mr. Wang is also one of the first certified trainers of "Six Thinking Hats" in China. Mr. Wang has worked in junior and senior positions in different companies. His responsibilities included sales, finance, administration and management. Since 1996, Mr. Wang has worked in Holiday Inn University of BASS Hotels and Resorts and American TTI Training Company. While working in Holiday Inn University, he participated in designing and delivering human resources training courses for junior and senior managers in 26 Holiday Inn hotels in China. Those courses included: Management Skills, Finance for Non-Financial people, Marketing and Sales, Service and Quality control, Leadership and New Hotel Opening programs. As a certified trainer, he conducted "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" training within Holiday Inn Group.

Mr. Zhu graduated from Qinghua University, later received Master of Science and MBA degree from University of Illinois, USA. Now he resides in Singapore. Mr. Zhu is the guest professor of CIBT school of Business for MBA program. In his over 10 years of management experience, Mr. Zhu has worked for various multinational companies in USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and mainland China with the positions of Financial Director, Assistant Managing Director and General Manager, etc. Mr. Zhu is familiar with the market operation in different fields under varied market environment; especially he has the expertise on the Finance Management of the listing companies. In addition, with the experience of working in the world- well-known accounting firm, Mr. Zhu has an original view on the Tax Management in the business operation of the enterprises. As a senior consultant and trainer, Mr. Zhu has delivered Finance Management related training to many multinational companies.
