California ETEC was established in 2003 to exclusively promote the attraction of international students to the United States and expand the export of education services globally. CA ETEC's unique positioning as the 1st education consortium exclusively focused on overseas student recruitment and collaborative partnerships with key U.S. and foreign governments and extensive reach in Asia and the Middle East offers education providers cost-effective resources to expand student recruitment activities and formulate global delivery strategies. What's more, CA ETEC has developed a strong track record conceptualizing and implementing government training projects funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of State, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Royal Commission Ai-Ula, and Vietnam Government.
