Established in 1988 and incorporated in 2006, Dale Andrews and Mike Paul have been working under the same general contracting license for over 20 years. We are a locally owned and operated company servicing the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas. As owners, Mike and Dale will personally oversee each and every project and all our estimates are done by an officer of Cal-State Construction. We offer personal customer service and will never send a salesman to your home. As a homeowner you are dealing with the same person from start to finish.
