CCH was founded in 1969 under the name ‘Clallam County Hostelries' by local parents looking for an alternative to large, state run institutions. Their first program was known as the Outlook Group Home located in Port Angeles. This facility provided 24 hour care as well as group employment opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities... Our Mission: To provide a supportive program and services to enable individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their most satisfactory level of self sufficiency... CCH serves adults with life-long disabilities attributable to mental and/or physical impairments manifested prior to age 18. We tailor our services directly to the needs of the individual, whether it is 24 hour assistance with activities of daily living or just a few support hours a week in order to maintain independence.​ At CCH, we strive to facilitate opportunities for personal growth while maintaining the health and safety of our clients.
