Jain established IMA India, an economic & business research company in 1994. He continues to serve as its Chairman and Editorial Director. Previously he worked with Lazard, an investment bank, as Vice President & Head of M&A. Adit has advised companies on their India strategy; deposed as an expert witness, at commercial litigations and given testimony at Parliamentary proceedings. He provides briefings to Company Boards, speaks at emerging market seminars and has lectured on Business Policy as Adjunct Faculty at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and International Management Institute.
He has over the years authored over a thousand articles in the domain of economics, politics, international affairs and business practices. He is Editor of IMA's Quarterly Country Report, CFO Connect (a monthly magazine for the Finance Function) and IMA's principal economic commentator. His writings frequently focus on the economic role of governments. He is a non-executive Director on the boards of Sanmar Group and BMR Advisers. He previously served on the boards of Shriram Transport Finance, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam, Engineers India Ltd, Certification Engineers International Limited and Indosolar.

Anamika holds a Bachelor's in Commerce and a Master's in sociology. She has been working in the development sector since 2001 in different capacities. She started work with Chetna, an NGO working with street children in Delhi. She worked with Street Educator from 2001 to 2003 as Education Coordinator and moved on to focus on adiministration and accounts from 2005. She now manages CCS' accounts and finances.

Anirudha has spent the last two decades in the financial services industry in leading institutions like ICICI, ING Barings, DSP Merrill Lynch, India Infoline and CLSA. Till December 2012, he was the Head of Research at CLSA India Limited, which is regarded the best Indian equity research team. He has been rated as the top equity analyst by Trade Journals, such as the Institutional Investor Magazine for the Aviation sector in 2011. Anirudha holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Kharagpur, and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Bhupinder graduated from Kurukshetra University and did a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from IMT, Ghaziabad. He has been working with the Centre for Civil Society since 2004. He has more than 18 years of experience in administrative functions including handling end-to-end Office management, IT and Human Resource Management.
He ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective and implementation of the right processes and practices across the organization. He ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. Bhupinder has also worked as Senior Manager, Administration & IT at CUTS Institute for Regulation & Competition (CIRC), New Delhi. He is very good at handling multiple tasks and work pressure with ease.

Deepak Sharma is an electronics graduate from the University of Delhi and holds a masters' degree in social work from IGNOU. He has more than three years of experience in Development sector. He worked as vice-president of the NSS society at his college and also be a member of college Student Union.
He has worked previously with various organizations like GOONJ and PRVAH on various social campaigns. Prior to joining CCS, he worked with the Indo Global Social Service Society, where he successfully completed a project titled "Restoration of livelihood in North East Delhi.
He has worked in the riot-hit area of North East Delhi and has immense experience in crisis intervention and providing socio-psychological support to the community. He is an eloquent speaker and speaks well on sociopolitical issues. Separated from his interest in the development sector, he adores watching documentaries, reading books, and enjoys debate
Dr Amit Chandra is a passionate promoter of liberal values with an interest in improving governance in the area of school education and livelihoods. He is a social development professional with experience in research, advocacy and outreach. His work has played an important role in designing the following public policies discourse in India: National Urban Street Vending Act 2014, amendments to India Forest Act 1927, amendments to Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act 2006, and initiatives taken under Ease of Doing Business campaign by Government of India.
His work and views have been widely quoted in media and academic publications. He mentors/advises several for-profit and not-for-profit organisations and is also a member of a few committees set up by the state governments. Previously, Amit has worked with The Asia Foundation (TAF) in Kabul and Central Square Foundation in Delhi.

Dr Jayaprakash Narayan is a physician by training and served as a member of the Indian Administrative Service for 16 years. He had a tremendously successful tenure and held many important positions in the government of South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. During the course of his service, he acquired deep insights into the Indian governance process and the problems afflicting the nation.
Convinced of the need for radical reforms to transform Indian governance process, Dr Narayan left the civil services in 1996 and with likeminded colleagues founded the Foundation for Democratic Reforms (FDR) and Lok Satta - a people's movement for governance and political reforms. Since then Foundation for Democratic Reforms (FDR) and Lok Satta have emerged as the leading civil society initiatives for governance reforms. FDR and Lok Satta have played a crucial role in driving several reforms over the years, and are now focused on true federalism and effective and accountable local governments, rule of law, education, healthcare and agriculture. Dr Narayan served as a member the National Advisory Council (NAC), Second Administrative Reforms and Vigilance Advisory Council.

Geeta Gandhi Kingdon is Professor at the Institute of Education, University College London, where she holds the Chair of Education Economics and International Development. Prior to this, she was Research Fellow for 11 years at the Department of Economics, University of Oxford. Her research on Economics of Education is based mostly on statistical analysis of education datasets. Based on this research, she advises governments and donor agencies.
In India, she has been a member of the MHRD's ‘Joint Review Missions' of public education programmes Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and the Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, and is a member of the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board. Professor Kingdon is also President of the board of City Montessori School Lucknow, which has 52,000 students. She divides her time between the UK and India.

Neeti Shikha is Head of Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy at Indian Institute of Corporate Affaits, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. She is a Life Member of FORE Society, Parent Body of Fore School of Management. She is also on Academic Advisory Council of ISPP. She serves on the board of Goeman Bindt HTO, a private non-profit international legal and policy advisory and research think-tank, as an Expert and a Leader. Neeti is also the founding board member of Insolvency Research Foundation, an joint initiative of industry and government.
She has held academic positions at various law and business schools in India and Singapore. Previously, she was an associate professor and Head International cell at Symbiosis Law School Noida. She has been an Assistant Professor & Director, Centre for Corporate and Commercial Laws at National Law University Jodhpur, followed by her stint at Fore School of Management and IMT Ghaziabad. She has held visiting positions at IIM Rohtak and IIFT, New Delhi. She is a trainer and coach for various management development professional programs.
Dr. Shikha has completed her doctorate in corporate governance from National Law University Jodhpur, India. She holds LLM in International Business Laws from the University College London, UK. She is the recipient of prestigious Hague Scholarship where she attended Private International Law Course at the Hague Academy. She has given talks at National University Singapore, University of Indonesia and has many publications and 2 books to her credit. She is member of the prestigious European Corporate Governance Institute.
Nimai is Senior Professorial Lecturer, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, at American University, Washington D.C. Nimai's area of research is on the quality and use of data under varying institutional contexts. He is the lead coordinator of a multidisciplinary effort at the university to employ data-science, economics, and machine-learning to improve data on missing and exploited children.
He was previously the principal investigator for a UNICEF project on the quality of education data and reforms in Myanmar. He also held the position of Academic Director of the Economic Policy Program at the university, where his work focused on an empirical and institutional analysis of government failure. Nimai has held teaching positions at the School of Economics, University of the Philippines, where he was a Research Fellow and Program Associate. Prior positions include: Visiting Scholar at the James M. Buchanan Center for Political Economy, Virginia. Nimai obtained his Masters in Applied Economics from Bombay University, and a Doctorate in Economics from George Mason University.

Being a strong IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Animation, he has a great grasp of multimedia graphics & animation.
Besides his work, he has an active interest in music & at CCS, he is the maestro who designs all the social media artwork and printing collaterals for our programs.
