Gerald graduated Lewisporte District Vocational School with education in basic drafting. Since then, he has an education in engineering design drafting, and training in AutoCAD Levels 1, 2, and 3, and AutoCAD operations. He has 40 years of experience as an engineering design technician with CECON Ltd.

Kiana graduated from the College of the North Atlantic in St.John's in June 2019. She completed a 3-year dipolma program in Business Management-Marketing. Kiana also received the president's medal of excellence and finished at the top of her class. In May 2018, she started her journey at CECON Ltd. where she completed her 6-week work exposure.

Thomas graduated from Grand Falls District Vocational School with an education in architectural drafting. He completed on the job training as a concrete, soils, and asphalt lab technician. He completed an EPDM rooting inspection course along with completion of environmental site assessing, phases 1-4. Thomas has been involved with the Association of Engineering Technicians and Technologists and is registered as an approved designer of private sewage disposal systems. He has over 20 years of experience as an engineering design technician with CECON Ltd.
