Chef Pradeep have work experience from Taj, Radisson , Hyatt Regency, Claridges, and the pre opening of Park Plaza.
Chef Prashant Kumar is a seasoned culinary professional with 10 years of experience in the industry. He has worked with prestigious establishments such as Royal Caribbean cruise liners, The Oberoi Cecil, JW Marriott, and Aioli Bistro. Chef Kumar is known for bringing modern techniques to the kitchen and imparts the knowledge of latest culinary trends to the students.
Chef Sumit Gupta, possessing an impressive experience of 13 years in the institute with a total of 20 years in experience globally and nationally. Chef Sumit plays a very vital role in the education of the students by mentoring and providing modern trends of the kitchen.
